By booking a free slot for practical training with The Direct Training Academy Ltd, “You”, the agency/client, agrees to the following conditions:
- If a candidate fails to attend the training session without rescheduling or cancelling with at least 48 hours’ notice, you will be liable to pay 75% of the total standard price for the booked course.
- Payment of the fee above must be made within 48 hours of notification by The Direct Training Academy Ltd. Failure to comply may result in us removing access to the offer and cancelling any existing bookings.
- All bookings for future dates will be automatically cancelled unless you follow the terms and conditions outlined here.
- You are responsible for ensuring the booked slots are used exclusively for candidates, not internal staff or third parties. Should internal staff or third parties be booked on the courses, The Direct Training Academy Ltd reserves the right to charge the total standard price for the course and revoke your ability to make future bookings. Also, all bookings will be cancelled without notice.
- You’ll need to provide accurate and up-to-date information when booking slots for practical training.
- The Direct Training Academy Ltd reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
- All bookings are subject to availability, and The Direct Training Academy Ltd cannot guarantee availability for specific dates or courses.
The offer is valid until the last working day in December 2024. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to book any sessions in 2025 under this offer.
