Covid-19 Risk Assessment

Healthier Business Group is delighted to provide a free Covid-19 risk assessment template that should be completed before any candidate begins a placement. These documents were produced in light of the recent letter that was sent by NHS England and NHSI to all agencies (see below).

Please note that we cannot offer guidance on the completion of the risk assessment; however, we can offer all clients Occupational Health support, i.e. screen the completed template (this may incur charges). In addition to the risk assessment, we can offer all candidates free covid-19 training if required and access to many resources via our portal. Please note that, unlike Occupational Health clearances, a risk assessment is a one-off check, and these will not need to be renewed unless there have been changes to a candidates health/risk.

YOU SHOULD NOTE THAT ALL CANDIDATES ARE EXPECTED TO HAVE A ONE-OFF RISK ASSESSMENT CONDUCTED PRIOR TO BEING PLACED AND IT IS YOUR DUTY TO ENSURE THIS IS COMPLETED.
