Safe Effective Occupational Health Service (SEQOHS)

Healthier Business UK Ltd proudly is the longest-established provider in our sector to consistently maintain SEQOHS accreditation since 2015. SEQOHS stands as a set of standards and a voluntary accreditation scheme for occupational health services, extending its reach beyond the UK.

SEQOHS accreditation is more than a mere acknowledgement – it formally recognises that an occupational health service provider is competent to deliver in line with the measures outlined in the SEQOHS standards. This accreditation scheme operates independently and is overseen by the Royal College of Physicians of London, appointed to lead and manage the process on behalf of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine.

As pioneers in the compliance sector, Healthier Business UK Ltd was the first to achieve this accreditation. During our assessment, our assessor commended the exceedingly high standard of our policies and processes. Alignment to the Statutory/Mandatory CSTF (Commercial List)

The Direct Training Academy (Part Of HB Group) is certified by BILD Act. Bild Association of Certified Training has been set up to certify training services that include a restrictive physical intervention. They are licenced by the Restraint Reduction Network to certify services as complying with the Restraint Reduction Network Training Standards. Our certification includes a comprehensive training needs analysis, ensuring that training aligns with the specific needs of diverse populations and settings. The scheme also incorporates heightened scrutiny and surveillance of curricula, senior trainers, and affiliated organisations, emphasising our commitment to excellence and accountability. As a certified training provider for Bild Act, The Direct Training Academy Ltd remains steadfast in promoting a positive and transformative learning environment.
