As we head toward the end of the year, we wanted to share our festive opening hours so you know exactly when our team is available to help with Fit to Work assessments.

We’ll be taking a short break on the main bank holiday, but outside of those dates our team is open and running as normal.
When the office is closed
The office will be closed on:
- Wednesday 25 December Christmas Day
- Thursday 26 December Boxing Day
- Wednesday 1 January New Year’s Day
On these days, phone lines, emails and live chat will be offline. Any messages sent in will be picked up as soon as the team are back online.
When we are open
We are open on all other working days over the festive period, including:
- Monday 23 December
- Tuesday 24 December
- Friday 27 December
- Monday 30 December
- Tuesday 31 December
- From Thursday 2 January onwards
When we are open, we can help with:
- Fit to Work assessments and screening
- Clinical interviews
- E learning and practical training bookings
- Access to certificates and portal accounts
- General candidate support
