Our new Training Centre

We are thrilled to announce the opening of our third dedicated training centre, located at Trafford House in Manchester! This state-of-the-art facility is designed to provide an exceptional training environment, with modern, comfortable, and professional spaces that are tailored to enhance your learning experience. Situated in the heart of Manchester, our Trafford House office offers a quiet, focused atmosphere, ideal for both theoretical learning and practical sessions.

This new venue reflects our commitment to investing in facilities that ensure you receive the highest-quality training. And this is just the beginning—our ongoing expansion includes plans for even more locations, such as Birmingham, to complement our existing centres in London, Glasgow, and now Manchester.

For all our other locations, we remain dedicated to sourcing the best available spaces to ensure your comfort and provide the highest standard of training. Whether it’s through our own premises or carefully selected external venues, we prioritise creating the best learning environments for all our candidates.

One of the things that sets us apart is our commitment to keeping training costs low, so you don’t have to worry about sky-high prices. Since 2015, other providers have increased their prices by a whopping 61%, leaving many candidates like you with higher costs for the same training. Over that same period, we’ve focused on making training more affordable for you.

When we launched in September 2022, our CSTF All-in-One course was priced at £65.00 plus VAT. As of March 2025, we’ve reduced it to just £40.00 plus VAT—a huge 38.5% price reduction. That’s right, we’re committed to giving you the best possible training experience without breaking the bank.

The Importance of Respectful, Inclusive Training and Our Commitment to Providing the Best Service

At The Direct Training Academy, we understand how important it is for you to feel respected and valued during your training. Unfortunately, we’ve heard reports from candidates who have experienced unprofessional behaviour with other providers. One example shared on Trustpilot described a trainer as “incredibly rude, aggressive, disrespectful, patronising, racist, and egotistical.” This kind of treatment has no place in any professional setting, particularly in training environments designed to help you succeed. The review went on to explain how the trainer belittled and humiliated attendees and even approached a candidate during their lunch break to personally insult them and their profession. The review, left by Marcy on 12th March 2025, paints a concerning picture of the experience, and sadly, these kinds of incidents are far too common with some providers.
