Christmas and New Year Opening Hours

Christmas and New Year Opening Hours

8 December 2025 2 min read

As we head toward the end of the year, we wanted to set out our festive opening hours clearly so you can plan without any last-minute chasing around, Fit to Work requests, Clinical interviews, training bookings or general support.

We will take a short pause on the main bank holidays to give the team a break, but outside of those dates, we are open and running as normal.

When we are closed

Our office will be closed on:

  • Wednesday 25 December Christmas Day
  • Thursday 26 December Boxing Day
  • Wednesday 1 January New Year’s Day

On these days, the phones, inbox and live chat will all be offline. Anything sent in will be picked up as soon as the team are back online.

When we are open

Every other working day across the festive period is business as usual, including:

  • Monday 23 December
  • Tuesday 24 December
  • Friday 27 December
  • Monday 30 December
  • Tuesday 31 December
  • From Thursday 2 January onwards

Across these days, the whole team is in and supporting:

  • Fit to Work assessments and screening
  • Clinical interviews
  • E learning and practical training bookings
  • General client and candidate support

Training running on closed days

Some training courses will still be running while the office is closed on bank holidays.

Any candidates attending training on those days will receive emergency contact details within their booking confirmations and joining instructions, so support is available
if needed on the day. No candidate will be left unsupported.

Looking ahead

It has been a challenging year for everyone working in healthcare recruitment and occupational health. The pace has been relentless, and the pressure on teams has not eased.

We do not take your trust lightly. We see the work you are doing every day and the standards you are trying to hold under real pressure. Going into 2026, our commitment is simple:

  • Stand alongside you properly
  • Keep standards high
  • Support candidates better
  • Do the job the right way

The year ahead is about pulling together and keeping safety, quality and good practice front and centre.

Thank you

From all of us at Healthier Business Group, thank you for sticking with us and trusting us to support your services.

We hope you have a good Christmas and a safe, prosperous New Year.
