What really sets us apart is our commitment to value. Since 2015, another training provider has (Raised) their prices from £49.00 (plus VAT) to £79.00 (plus VAT) for their “All-in-One” CSTF course, marking a significant (61% price increase). Over the same period, inflation in the UK has only been around 18.5%, meaning their price hike far exceeds inflation, putting unnecessary financial strain on their clients.
In contrast, since launching The Direct Training Academy Ltd in September 2022, we’ve focused on reducing our prices rather than increasing them. Initially, our CSTF All-in-One course was priced at £65.00 plus VAT. As of March 2025, we’ve reduced this to just £40.00 plus VAT, a 38.5% reduction. We’ve consistently lowered our prices to ensure we remain the most affordable and high-quality training provider in the market.

Another review pointed out that their training session was missing vital equipment, such as a defibrillator for CPR training, and no hoist was provided during manual handling training, making the session incomplete and unsafe.
