Clinical Interview Update – Drug Calculations

Following consultation with Frameworks and Auditors, Healthier Business Group can confirm that the Clinical Interview process for Competency in Drug Calculation will be updated immediately.

As per requirements, all candidates will be asked if they administer or prepare medication in their role. If the response is “NO”, then we will no longer ask them drug calculations and move on to the following non-administration medication-related question.

Should a candidate answers “YES” they will be asked questions pertaining to competencies and if further training is necessary, then it will be recommended that undertake additional training.

This change will allow us to ensure additional availability to do reducing interview times and also are pleased to confirm we will not be introducing planned increasing of pricing for this service.
