As this course is delivered in a blended training method, before attending, it is mandatory for you to undertake and complete specific e-learning courses (theory materials), and access is given as soon as a booking is made. Throughout this training, you will learn the following.

What happens on the day?

Before the training begins, all attendees will sign in and have their ID checked before offering a range of complimentary refreshments and a Care Certificate Workbook to document their acquired skills. After this, the training will begin, and all candidates will get hands-on practical training experience and participate in many interactive exercises. All attendees will also have a chance to ask questions and speak to one of our on-site experts, who can help with any queries.

Once the training is complete, the attendees will be given a certificate to confirm their attendance and confirm the training covered, which can be given to their employer.

Attendees can then take their Care Certificate Workbook to their workplace for their employer to sign off once they have demonstrated the necessary skills.
