Nurse Appraisals Now Available

Healthier Business Group is excited to announce we now offer Nurse Appraisals! This has been a highly requested service for a while, but with our UPS being low costing, high quality, and quick turnaround, we had to make sure this service honoured all of that, which we are happy to say it now does.

It is recommended that all nurses have an annual appraisal. Appraisal is an important part of continuing professional development, as it allows time to reflect on current performance and progress and to set goals for future development. During the annual appraisals, supporting information is used to demonstrate that nurses are continuing to meet the principles and values set out in the NMC Code of Professional Standards. It is, furthermore, a process through which nurses can raise and discuss issues of concern regarding the quality of their clinical work.
