Last night, our web hosting company completed a migration of our portal which encouraged some technical difficulties causing our portal to be offline until 10:30am this morning. The issue has now been resolved, and measures are currently being put in place to ensure this does not happen again.

We want to be clear this was a completely external issue we had no control over. We are incredibly sorry for the inconvenience this caused, and we thank all our customers for their patience whilst we worked to fix this?
